WHY THE NAME BINDIANA?
Since my earliest memories, a nickname of mine has always been "Indi Bindi".Â

In traditional yoga, the bindi represents Ajna chakra (the third eye), which is the seat of concealed wisdom & inner intuition.
Â
BindI in sanskrit means "point", marking the precise energetic location where creation begins & ultimate unity is realised.

My intention with the name is to bring attention to this & help others draw on their inner teachers wisdom.
WHY THE NAME BINDIANA?
PHILOSOPHY
With Bindiana Yoga, I want to help make traditional Hatha Yoga & it's teachings relevant & accessible to everyone in the modern world.

My goal is to help people use yoga to slow down & listen to the inner wisdom that's always lived within.

Yoga is far more than exercise. It’s a profound, health science backed practice that can bring every body nourishment in some shape or form.

My classes weave together the intelligence of the body & the tenderness of the heart, all designed to calm the nervous system, create balance & provide space for deeper self‑awareness.

Through yoga, we gently study our physical body & inner world, learning our patterns & meeting them with curiosity rather than judgment.

Connection to the Self is sacred & it is accessible to everyone when we work with the body, mind, breath & spirit.
Â
Over time, your practice can help to bring strength, balance & harmony not only on the mat, but in everyday life.Â

Yoga that keeps you aligned.
