Unlike active, muscle-driven workouts, Yin Yoga focuses on the body's deeper connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints. By holding gentle, floor-based, supportive shapes for five to ten minutes, you will safely release deep-seated tension, improve your flexibility, and create space in both your body and mind.
