Experience personalised guidance with One on One Yoga, where you'll receive hands-on assists tailored to your needs. Together, we'll refine your techniques and help you evolve your practice ensuring movement is done in a way that is most beneficial and safe for the female body. Dive deeper into your Sadhana and discover true balance within your yoga practice. Includes - Guided Asana practice - Guided Pranayama - Guided meditation (time in meditation varies depending on whether you have selected the 60 or 90 min session) - Yoga mat & props to use Session details - Duration: 60-90 minutes (90 minute session incurs additional charge) - At home sessions brought to you (option to take class online) - Suitable for all as the practice is adapted to your abilities and experience *Please contact me to book in your one on one session*
